Response Times

  • Lite plan: Email support, response within 24 business hours
  • Plus plan: Priority email and chat, response within 8 business hours
  • Premium plan: Phone and chat, response within 4 business hours
  • Enterprise plan: Dedicated account manager, 24/7 critical issue support

Escalation

If your issue isn't resolved within the expected timeframe, reply to the support ticket email with "ESCALATE" in the subject line. This routes your case to a senior support engineer.
