Get your PosBytz account ready for day one. This walkthrough shows you how to create your business profile, invite your team, and prepare your first outlet so you can start selling without surprises.

Step 1
Create your business profile
Add your legal name, tax/VAT number, base currency, and timezone. These power your receipts, taxes, and reports.

Add your first outlet
Set the address, operating hours, and tax rules for your store or restaurant. You can repeat this for each location.

Invite your team
Add staff by email and assign roles (cashier, manager, admin) so each person sees only what they need.

Connect a payment method
Link your card processor or cash drawer so the POS can record payments and reconcile end-of-day totals.
Quick tips
- You can run PosBytz in offline mode — sales sync the moment you reconnect.
- Roles can be customized any time under Settings → Team.
